In the Spring of 2012 we found a groupon trip to an obscure little state-run hotel at the top of a mountain in Kentucky. The price was right and we had never been to KY. We had no clue that Cumberland Falls was at the base of that mountain.

Washtenaw County Backroad
I have really gotten into riding my touring bike on the network of dirt roads that work their way through Washtenaw county. If you take the time to get off the beaten path a bit you will experience great things.
It's not really nature like I am used to, but it nice to know that this kind of stuff is still in this area.
